Industrial laundry for factories · Rayong, Thailand

Clean uniforms.
Every shift.
On time.

Fixed routes across the Eastern Economic Corridor. Every client's workwear is collected, processed and returned separately — many plants, one plant.

Why JPS

A factory with 800 people in uniform runs a 4,000-garment laundry every week — whether it means to or not.

In-house or at a general laundry, the same three things go wrong. JPS was built to make each one someone else’s job — ours.

Your coveralls in someone else’s load.

Tagged to your company and washed alone, end to end.

Separation

Forty sets short, nobody knows where.

Counted in, counted out, every cycle — with a manifest.

Accountability

“It’ll be ready when it’s ready.”

Fixed routes. On your rail before the first shift.

How it works

One loop, eight steps.

Every batch follows the same loop, from your factory floor and back before the next shift.

  1. 01

    Collection

Our team picks up used workwear from your site on a fixed schedule. Every bag is tagged to your company before it leaves.

  2. 02

    Counting

Each garment is counted and logged against your manifest, so what leaves is exactly what returns.

  3. 03

    Sorting

Garments are separated by client, fabric and soil level. Your laundry is never mixed with another company's.

  4. 04

    Washing

Industrial programs matched to fabric and contamination — oil, grease, dust — with controlled temperature and chemistry.

  5. 05

    Drying

Drying set per fabric, protecting fibres, reflective strips and fastenings.

  6. 06

    Ironing

Pressed and finished so uniforms look right on the line, not just clean.

  7. 07

    Packaging

Folded or hung, bundled per employee or department, sealed and labelled.

  8. 08

    Delivery

Returned to your site before the next shift. Damaged garments come back repaired.

Services

Everything between dirty and ready.

One contract covers the full cycle, priced per garment or per employee.

  1. 01

    Workwear & uniform laundering

Industrial wash programs for coveralls, shirts, trousers and PPE fabrics.

  2. 02

    Ironing & finishing

Pressed, inspected and ready to wear.

  3. 03

    Garment repairs

Buttons, seams, zips and reflective tape — fixed before return.

  4. 04

    Packaging & delivery

Per-employee or per-department bundles, on your schedule.

  5. 05

    Counting & manifest reports

Every cycle documented, in and out.
